Our Journey

Founded in 2014 by Ryan Facer – an experienced electrical engineer who spent years maintaining and repairing critical laboratory equipment in Coventry’s hospitals – we started as a small family business with one goal: to bring reliable, honest Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) to local companies with the personal care you only get from a family team.

As our reputation grew throughout the Midlands, more and more customers in the Coventry area asked if we could handle their fire safety needs too. Never ones to let our clients down, we invested in the right training and qualifications and added fire extinguisher servicing, fire alarm maintenance and full fire risk assessments to our services. Today we’re the go-to safety partner for hundreds of Coventry businesses, landlords and organisations – all while keeping the friendly, family-run ethos that sets us apart.
